This panel brings together practitioners from public administration and researchers working on algorithmic governance to examine what automated decision-making means for the machinery of the state.
The discussion focuses on three questions: where automation genuinely improves service delivery, what safeguards administrative law requires, and how public trust is affected when decisions become harder to explain.
The panel is open to the public. Discussion will be held in English with Turkish interpretation.
