Türkiye Research Center
Research on Türkiye, the Balkans and the wider region
The Türkiye Research Center (TRC) was established at International Balkan University in cooperation with MAARIF to conduct research with a lasting impact on policy-making, economic development and cultural exchange between Türkiye and the Balkans.
TRC brings together established academics and early-career researchers around a shared programme of conferences, panels, seminars and publications. Its work is organised into five research themes, each led by specialists in the field.
The Center's objective is to provide objective, well-researched analysis that helps academic institutions, public bodies and other stakeholders make informed decisions and formulate effective policy.
